Freskin Heritage Consultants is owned by Steven Murray who has a MSc in Conservation and Adaptation from the University of Lancashire. This qualification is fully recognised by the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) and is accredited by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). 
Steven also has over 15 years practical experience of working in conservation repair and has built up a very strong network of collaborators from craftspeople who use lime mortar to repair brick and stonework, to lime plasterers, heritage trained carpenters, roofers, rope access trained surveyors, chartered surveyors, chartered architects and engineers.
